Ordering Policy:
Orders placed Monday – Friday allow a minimum 48 hours to process. Saturday and Sunday allow a minimum of 72 hours to process. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame please call 905 851 8388.

Delivery is subject to an additional charge. All delivery orders must be pre-paid with a credit card. A representative will phone you to complete the transaction and obtain the delivery details.  Please make note of the delivery destination along with the details of your order.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made by 2:00 pm the day prior to pickup. All cancellations for the Sweet Shop must be placed by calling the point of pick up directly. For cancellation of a delivery please call 905 851 8388. Please do note that cancellations and alterations to existing orders will not be accepted via the internet.
